Jetting Floating Kits are designed to safely reroute compressed air to the drive motors when performing floating installations. During floating, water flows through the machine. To protect the motors, the quick coupling that normally feeds air to them must be plugged — while the motors instead receive air directly from the compressor via a CEJN coupling.
With the Floating Kit installed, your machine is fully prepared for floating. When switching back to regular fiber blowing, simply remove the kit and reconnect the original hoses.
Disconnect the existing air hose from the motor feed by pressing the quick coupling and pulling the hose out.
Insert the plug hose into the quick coupling to block water from entering the motor system.
Attach the CEJN coupling to the machine’s air hose. This hose is then connected to your compressor, feeding compressed air directly to the motors during floating.
The machine is now ready for floating operations.
To return to normal fiber blowing: remove the kit and reconnect the original hoses.
